Juan Carlos Zarate, a Cardiologist in Niceville, Florida takes his rowing boat out on the water on June 26, 2021. Juan was a marathoner and triathlete looking for a low-impact workout that was safer than road cycling. He and his wife, Robin, started rowing crew around the coves near their home in the Florida Panhandle. He also has an indoor rowing machine and rides his bike on a trainer for cross training.
